My Oscars Recap!

Last night was the 85th Annual Academy Awards or as most of us refer to them, The Oscars. If you follow me on Facebook, then you probably read that I haven’t seen any of the movies that were nominated :( However the Oscars is one of my favorite awards shows.

Ever since I watched Legends of the Fall starring Brad Pitt, I was in love. He was just so dreamy!

Therefore last year I was excited to learn that my favorite all-access passes company was giving fans tickets to see the Oscars and that Brad Pitt would be attending! They called it The Oscar Experience. I signed up and waited for my email. With great surprise I received the email that read that I was picked!!!!! After a background screening, picture submission and forms I was one step closer to meeting Brad Pitt!

The experience was so much fun!!! And the best part is now I can say, “Last year I was at the Oscars!” Even if it was in the bleachers.

That’s one big check mark off my bucket list!

Last night’s show, however, was just “okay.” I thought the host Seth Macfarlane was boring. I don’t even know why they have hosts. I think the presenters do a good enough job on their own. I did however like all the music tributes. Sarah even got up and started dancing along with Catherine Zeta Jones during Chicago!

Favorite Dress:

Amy Adams – It was just PERFECT! Loved the color, the fit, the hair, and the accessories. Loved it all!

Runners Up: Jessica Chastain, Jennifer Hudson and Sandra Bullock

Favorite Hair:

Reese Witherspoon – I love that old Hollywood style glamorous hair!
