What I’m reminiscing about…

Our vacation in Florida! See more pics here. What I’m loving…

My new bike. I bought it off of one of those mom swap pages. It’s used, but I’m having so much fun riding it in the evenings.

What we’ve been up to…

After ballet ended Sarah decided she wanted to try something new. We were looking for something that suited Sarah so when our neighbor said she was interested in karate I signed Sarah up too.

What I’m dreading…

Nothing right now.

What I’m working on…

I’m using an app now to post my pictures (see my favorite apps here). It looks better and makes my posts look more professional. Well at least I’d like to think so. What I’m excited about…

Starting my very own link up with my friend, Whitney. Check it out here.

What I’m watching/reading…

Bachelor in Paradise and Housewives of Dallas! I love me some reality tv!On this weeks episode we get find out why Corrine lied has to say.

What I’m listening to…

My kids and I love Taylor Swift, but her new song has me kind of confused. What I’m wearing…

It’s crazy hot here! So I’m wearing a lot of shorts and tanks.

What I’m doing this weekend…

Going to my sister-in-law’s wedding! Soon after she was engaged we met up and celebrated with a bottle of bubbly to celebrate. Can’t wait to celebrate this weekend!

What I’m looking forward to next month…

Showering my sister, Germaine, at her bridal shower. We have a lot of fun things planned! Thankful for Pinterest board and lot’s of pins! What else is new…

I got a little gift the other morning. It made me smile! Question of the month is: What are you best back to school lunch ideas and/or tips.

I’m not one of those moms that makes fancy lunches. My daughter gets a sandwich, a carb (chips, crackers, or bar), a fruit (cut up fruit or pouch) and something fun (fruit snacks, a cookie, a leftover candy from a party, etc).

I do have one tip to share. squirt lemon juice on sliced apples and place in baggie in the fridge. It saves it from getting brown and tastes even sweeter. Happy Wednesday!
