Sir Kensington Review Part 1

Have you ever wondered how ketchup was meant to taste? Made with whole tomatoes, raw sugar, apple cider vinegar, and a selection of other all natural ingredients.

As a Moms Meet member I was recently able to taste the difference with Sir Kensington’s ketchup.

IMG_8743I purchased the ketchup at Whole foods (Target and Sprouts also carry it). My whole foods only carried the spiced version, but that was fine. As I prefer spicy things anyways.

I brought the Sir Kensington ketchup to our recent mom’s night out. I served the ketchup with old fashioned french fries so we could really taste the chipotle peppers, cilantro, and coriander blend.

IMG_8745With about half the salt and sugar of typical store-bought ketchup, the french fries were really tasty.

IMG_8750To go with the theme, I made mustache props. Here are some of the mamas having fun with the mustache props.

IMG_8861Sir Kensington’s Ketchup (11 ounces) retails for $4.99 each.

None of us had heard of the brand before, but we were all interested in the flavors.

Before heading home I gave everyone a coupon, recipe cards and a mustache to take home. Thank for the opportunity Moms Meet!

Essie Repstyle Magnetic Polish

20130428-211050.jpgI was recently given the opportunity to try Essie’s Repstyle Magnetic Polish. The color I reviewed was called “Lil Boa Peep”.

Thanks to my mom who manages a salon, I’m very familiar with and a huge fan of Essie Nail Polish. Therefore, I was super excited to review Essie’s New Repstyle Magnetic Polish.

I Googled for directions and found the directions below.

After applying polish on the first hand, I decided to Google directions again as I wasn’t getting the pattern change. Most users and even bloggers suggested to do one nail at a time.

I’m really happy with the results! Are you an Essie fan, too? Have you tried their new Essie’s New Repstyle Magnetic Polish? Feel free to share your comments below.

Disclaimer: I was given Essie’s New Repstyle Magnetic Polish to review. However all opinions and ideas expressed here are my own.

O Organics Milk Review

I recently hosted a O Organics” Milk sampling party for my mommy friends!

Since it was a milk event, I first thought to pair it with breakfast style snacks, but after some more event planning ideas, I came up with my theme, Milk and cookies! I really wanted to go all out with all the ideas I saw on Pinterest, but with a set budget and a cranky teething toddler, I was lucky enough to buy a cookie mix at the store and make it the night before.

The event took place at our local park where the kids could play as the mamas chatted.

I set up the tablecloth, cookies, milk and waited for my guests to arrive.

Everyone really enjoyed the milk! We all thought the packaging was convenient and great for on the go! It’s also great to know that O Organics milk is certified USDA Organic and always made without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, genetic engineering, added growth hormones, antibiotics, or anything artificial.

We enjoyed the regular, vanilla and chocolate varieties. Vanilla and chocolate milks from O Organics contain NO high-fructose corn syrup, instead they are sweetened with cane syrup.

Most of the kids were camera shy. However, I managed to get some great shots of a few kids.

20130419-150020.jpgMost of us had heard of O Organics Milk, but not all.

Some mamas have even tried it prior to my event.

20130419-150034.jpgIt was a nice event, even though it was a super windy day to be at the park. Thank you mamas for bringing your tots to sample O Organics Milk and for your feedback!

Don’t forget to use the coupons I handed out :)

Olay Lash Duo Review

bk-3As a Vocalpoint member I was recently given the opportunity to try the new Olay Lash Duo.

What is Olay® Lash Duo?

Double-team aging eyes with the New Olay® Regenerist Micro-sculpting Eye Cream & Lash Serum Duo. The dual-ended applicator softens the appearance of lines and gives you smoother-looking lids and instantly thicker-looking lashes—a powerhouse duo against aging eyes.

After the shower one evening, I applied the Regenerist Micro-sculpting Eye Cream around the lines of my eyes with my fingertips. The next morning when I woke up, I thought my lines looked smoother.

After my morning regime, I applied the Lash Serum. At first I didn’t notice anything, but a bit later after a quick look in the mirror before heading out I noticed my lashes looked fuller!

Thank you Vocalpoint for the opportunity to try the new Olay® Lash Duo!
