May the 4th Be With You!

Today I attended my first Star Wars party! Not sure if I ever seen the movie in it’s entirety, but I’m all about gathering with family and friends to celebrate.

So when my friend, Amy invited us to her “May the 4th Be With You” I was excited! I immediately went on Pinterest to look up recipes. However due to our busy week I never got a chance to pick up the necessary ingredients. Luckily I had some items at home to make something for the the potluck party.

Bruschetta Cous Cous

Mama Chit Chat: Bruschetta Cous Cous

Ingredients:

Israeli Cous Cous and Bruschetta Sauce (both from Trader Joe’s)

Mama Chit Chat: Bruschetta Cous Cous

Cook cous cous according to package.

Add sauce.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or serve at room temperature.

It’s so easy and light! Everyone loved it. Kids too!
