I love my crock pot! In fact I use it several times a week.

We also love Indian food, but going out is not always easy. The other day I made our favorite Indian dish in the crock pot.

Curry Mango Chicken

Ingredients
  1. 1.5 lb skinless chicken breast
  2. 12 oz frozen mango chunks
  3. Trader Joe's Thai Yellow Curry Sauce
Instructions
  1. Put chicken, sauce and mango in crock pot.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Notes
  1. Shred before serving.
