I love my crock pot! In fact I use it several times a week.
We also love Indian food, but going out is not always easy. The other day I made our favorite Indian dish in the crock pot.
It was super easy and yummy! Hope you enjoy!
- 1.5 lb skinless chicken breast
- 12 oz frozen mango chunks
- Trader Joe's Thai Yellow Curry Sauce
- Put chicken, sauce and mango in crock pot.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Shred before serving.
