- 1 large spaghetti squash
- Olive oil
- 1 jar of your favorite sauce (I used Bertolli Organic Five Cheese Sauce)
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Halve squash lengthwise and deseed.
- Brush with olive oil and arrange cut side down on baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 min or until tender.
- Gently scrape squash with a fork.
- Top with your favorite sauce.
