Show & Tell Tuesday – Holiday Traditions

I’m linking up with Andrea and Erika for Show and Tell Tuesdays.

The theme this week is holiday traditions.

One of my favorite holiday traditions is attending the Let It Snow event.

We’ve been going to this event from the very beginning.

2014: I was pregnant and miserable.

20152016

It’s on the pricey side, but it’s a magical evening!

We started the night off with a some pictures with the characters.

Next up was our favorite part, the family train ride!Walking around was lot’s of fun too. Jacob loved the snow fall every 15 minutes.  It was a cold night (low 40’s) so we were happy to do some cookie decorating indoors for a bit. We roasted marshmallows, made smores and drank hot cocoa.Later in the evening we walked downstairs to the faux ice skating rink. Sarah tried ice skating, but it was way to slippery for her.  We all put on some booties and danced along to the music. So fun!

We also like to drive around town looking for lights, ride the holiday Trolley, host a Chanukah brunch for friends and family and go ice skating outdoors.
