Bertolli Organic Pasta Sauce

screen-shot-2016-11-28-at-10-38-50-am150 years ago, Francesco Bertolli and his wife Caterina opened a small specialty food shop on the first floor of their home in the hills of Tuscany. They vowed to sell only foods made the pure, natural Tuscan way. Today, Bertolli® Organic Pasta Sauces reflect this promise. They are crafted from vine-ripened tomatoes grown in California and lightly cooked with olive oil with only certified USDA Organic ingredients. In fact, their entire range of simply prepared pasta sauces stays true to the heart of authentic Italian cuisine. The philosophy and uncomplicated recipes of Francesco and Caterina’s Bertolli continue to inspire us every day.

To test out the Bertolli® Organic Pasta Sauce I made Tuscan Spaghetti Squash.
